Administrator of the Year Award
The Administrator of the Year Award honors the extraordinary accomplishments in administration over a career. The District and State Administrator of the Year is announced at the MSA Awards Luncheon, as a part of the MSA Winter Workshop. The national Administrator of the Year is announced at the US Youth Soccer Awards Gala, as a part of the US Youth Soccer adidas Workshop.

Mississippi ODP Selected to Regional Events
MSA's 2008-2009 ODP Soccer season started off great with two of players - Hailey Brohaugh (95 girls) and Marcus Epps (95 boys) both of Madison attended the US National Team Identification Camps in August. Hailey was in Pomona, CA and Marcus in Essex, MA.
Other MSA players have been invited to participate in Fall events as follows:
Molly Atherton (92 girls) of Gulfport and Alex Cook (93 girls) of Petal were selected to the Region III teams and will attend the Thanksgiving Interregional event in Coral Springs, FL.
Kellen Gulley (94 boys) of Clinton, Ive Burnett (94 boys) of Brandon, Marlon Hairston (94 boys) of Jackson, and Marcus Epps (95 boys) of Madison were selected to the Region III teams and will attend the boys Thanksgiving Interregional event at Disney in Orlando.
James Gulley (92 boys) of Clinton was selected to the Region Team and will participate in the Disney Showcase the week after Christmas with the Region team.
Addie Forbus of Amory and McKenzie Adams of Madison (both 95girls) were invited to the "id2" national identification development camp in Frisco, TX Nov. 13-16.
MSA extends congratulations to all of these players... we look forward to another great ODP year!!! Registrations for the 2008-2009 Season will begin within a few days.
